This website, lotusvinci.com, is operated by Lotus Vinci Cards, based in Florida, United States. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lotus Vinci Cards.

These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Use of our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or activities that interfere with its operation or security.

Products and descriptions

Please review each product’s photographs, description, language, condition, and contents before purchasing.

Some images illustrate a product type rather than the exact item you will receive. Any material condition issues known to us will be disclosed in the listing. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Trading-card condition descriptions do not guarantee a particular grade from a third-party grading company.

Sealed products and randomized contents

Booster packs and other randomized products contain manufacturer-selected contents. Unless expressly stated in the listing, we do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, rarity, card value, or grading results.

Collectible values can increase or decrease. We do not guarantee future resale value or investment returns.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices and availability may change. A later price reduction or change in market value does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment unless an advertised promotion expressly provides otherwise.

Orders and cancellations

Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable inventory, an obvious listing or pricing error, or a legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact support@lotusvinci.com promptly. We will review the request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing begins.

Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Returns and refunds

Trading-card singles and sealed trading-card products are final sale, whether opened or unopened.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns based on market-price changes or dissatisfaction with card pulls.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are reviewed as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy controls the details of returns and refunds.

Manufacturer issues

Factory-sealed products may occasionally contain manufacturing defects or missing components. Contact us if you encounter an issue. We may request supporting information and help you contact the manufacturer where appropriate.

Manufacturer support does not replace any remedy we are required to provide under applicable law.

Website content and third-party trademarks

Content owned by Lotus Vinci Cards may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Pokémon and other third-party names, trademarks, and artwork belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply that Lotus Vinci Cards is affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our store.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise.
